Outlier Technologies Building Remodeling

In April 2010, Outlier Technologies began renovating its corporate offices in Cincinnati, Ohio. Built in the early 1970s, the building has semi-exposed interior brick walls, tall ceilings and a solid foundation. Although the current renovation project will focus primarily on workspaces, the front entrance will undergo a major facelift as well.

Renovations to the second floor began in mid-June with a complete demolition of the interior.  Looking at the right side of the picture above, one can still see remnants of the old offices.  Scheduled for completion in late-August, the second floor will provide high-tech collaborative workspaces for our development teams.

Once renovations to the second floor are complete, staff will move back upstairs to make way for renovations to the first floor. Unlike the second floor, the first floor will be comprised of executive offices, kitchen/break area, and large conference/training room.

The renovation is expected to be completed by October 2010. Stay tuned for progress reports.
